Cancellation Policy

Here at The Mindful Body Co. we understand that life happens to the best of us and you may need to make schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice prior to your appointment time.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a $40 dollar cancellation fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

In the event of a major life emergency, such as an unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

If the practitioner is the party needing to cancel or reschedule there will be NO cancellation fee and we will do our best to accommodate any inconveniences due to the rescheduling or cancellation.
