Stretch Therapy
Stretch therapy sessions offer a unique blend of stretching, breathwork, and massage to help you achieve deep relaxation and awareness of physical, mental, emotional, and spirtual well-being.
During the session Shilo will combine MyoFascial Release Massage, assisted PNF stretching, passive/active stretching, breathing exercises, and/or guided meditation techniques. Utilizing her Kinesiology: Exercise Science Degree, along with her experience in personal training/wellness coaching of various ages and special populations, she will work with you to improve mobility, flexibilty, range of motion, and stability while releasing tension throughout the body. Shilo creates a calming environment where you can fully immerse yourself in the experience, allowing the body to expand while the mind simultaneously unwinds.
