Our wellness programming at The Mindful Body Co. offers a variety of classes and workshops designed to promote holistic health and well-being.

No matter your experience level, our diverse range of programs helps you cultivate balance, mindfulness, and resilience in your everyday life. Join us on an in depth journey towards a healthier and more harmonious lifestyle by addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual connection.

  • MINDFUL BODY 6-WEEK PROGRAM

    $500 - individual value of $800+

    After going through the initial consultation we will define specific overall goals,  weekly milestones, and equipment available if meeting virtually.

    This 6 week program will include body measurements, affirmations, guided meditations, 6 - 1 hour training sessions in person or virtually, 6 stretch & meditation sessions, 6 weekly check ins, 3 - 1 hour massages, and food supplementing recommendations.

    The overall goal of this program is to provide the client with a whole-body experience in a holistic way, learning to implement new habits, and feel confident in their new lifestyle.

  • MINDFUL BODY 12-WEEK PROGRAM

    $1300 - individual value of $2100+

    After going through the initial consultation we will define specific overall goals,  weekly milestones, and equipment available if meeting virtually.

    This 12 week program will include body measurements, affirmations, guided meditations, 24 - 1 hour training sessions in person or virtually, 12 stretch & mediation sessions, 6 - 1 hour massage sessions, and food supplementing recommendations.

    The overall goal of this wellness program is to provide the client with a whole-body experience in a holistic way, implementing a sense of accountability for their own health, and confidence in their sense of direction both physically and mentally.

  • MINDFUL BODY SESSION

    $40/HR

    After going through the initial consultation we will define specific overall goals, record body measurements, and equipment available if meeting virtually.

    These 1 hour training sessions can be scheduled at your convivence! Taking full control of your personal wellness journey by adding massage sessions or stretch & meditation sessions as you see fit!

    These sessions can also be offered for a group of individuals who are looking for group exercise instruction in circuit training, Tabata, cycle, aquatics, active older adult strength - stability - flexibility- cardio classes.
