


Mindful Body 6-Week Program
After going through the initial consultation we will define specific overall goals, weekly milestones, and equipment available if meeting virtually. Each program could include affirmations, guided meditations, types of training specific to the client’s goals, stretching routines, and food supplementing recommendations. The overall goal of the wellness program is to provide the client with a whole-body experience in a holistic way that addresses their body, mind, and spirit. Clients will receive a 1-hour Zoom meeting, or phone call each week to discuss progressional insight throughout the duration of weeks.
